Responsibilities:
- To give gender sensitive local services trainings to the mid-level
administrators of the 6 local administrations.
- To develop and adapted the training materials in consultation
with the programme manager.
Qualifications and skills:
- Graduate degree in social sciences, women’s/gender
studies or related field
- Knowledge of gender issues and / or
local administration is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of national
experience with adult education, gender related trainings,
developing training materials
- Specific knowledge on local
administration and gender related programmes with local
administration.
- Knowledge of gender-equality related policies
and institutional capacity in Turkey
- English and Turkish
spoken and written
- Full computer literacy
- Good communication skills
